Friday Deal of the Day
NEW Brave Girl Water Bottle
35% off until midnight tonight, 7-27-12
Just $4.49
(regular price $6.99)
We ordered them for the Shoppe and for Brave Girl Camp, and because we want to make sure they’re perfect, we’ve been trying them out. They’re AWESOME! Let me point out some awesomeness that you might not be able to see from the photo…
1. On the back there are little spots for your fingers. Someone spent a lot of time putting them in just the right spots. I don’t know why, but for some reason that makes it fun to hold. Those ergonomics guys are onto something.
2. The part you drink out of is all rounded and nice to drink out of. I feel weird telling you it will feel good in your mouth, but it will. You’ll know what I mean when you try it.
3. The part you drink out of is also easy to flip up and down by just moving the little part with the ring on it. Easy Peasy.
I know I’m blowing you away with technical terms…Actually I don’t know the technical terms. What I do know is awesomeness. And this water bottle is awesome. I’ll prove it by GIVING ONE AWAY today!!!
If you want the chance to win one of these super duper water bottles, answer this question in the comments:

My favorite summertime treat is to take a gallon glass jar and fill it with clear spring water, ice cubes, 1 lime rolled to release the flavor with ends cut off, and a nice little handful of fresh spearmint. I put it out on my picnic table and let the sun kiss it for just a little while. It tastes heavenly and would be so much fun to drink out of a Brave Girls water bottle! ![]()
SUZAN: Kallie will be emailing you today!
Thanks for participating, everyone! How fun to read about everyone’s favorite treats!!
Here’s Melody enjoying her water bottle. Awesomeness all around.

I’m hooked on this treat…a fresh Arnold Palmer made with mint tea…that’s half lemonade and half iced tea….yum!!
I just bought a new ice cream maker that makes just enough for one or two. It’s shaped like a cup cake and I chose pink for my color. It looks so cute sitting on the counter but it stays in my freezer ready for the next batch. I’m having so much fun expermenting with flavors and recipes!!!
My favorite summertime treat ..has to be the SEA ! There’s nothing sweeter than sand in my toes on a sunny day , breathing to the rhythm of the waves and being carefree . That’s always a treat.
My favorite summertime treat is sitting in the sun and reading a book. Our summers are very short here in Alaska so I do this as much as I can!
My favorite summertime treat is a toss up between fresh cut watermelon with a squeeze of fresh lime over it, or sweet corn on the cob. Thanks for the giveaway!!

- Maybe this will encourage me to drink water!
My favorite Summertime treat has got to be a fresh cold slice of sweet juicy watermelon! YUM!!!
My favorite summertime treat is decidedly between two activities. I love, love, love SummerFest in Milwaukee. It is the largest music festival in the country. Over 5 stages, hundreds of musicians playing from morning until midnight…then there’s the fireworks over our beautiful Lake Michigan (yeah I know I said ‘our’). My second favorite activity is sitting at the lakeside in Door County, feet in the water and sand just looking out into the Lake and enjoying the beauty and peace.
My favorite summertime treat is chillin’ in the swimming pool with my kids and a tall glass of good ole’ Southern iced tea!
My favorite summer treat is playing with my 7-year-old niece at a new playground and have her running to me, arms open wide, saying, “I love you, Aunt Faith!” as she hugs me tight.
My favorite summer treat are frozen grapes. They are sweet, cold and delicious.
My favorite summertime treat is lemonade. There’s nothing quite like a glass of ice cold lemonade on a blazing hot day!
My favorite summertime treat is otter pops! They’re a classic from my childhood, and multi-purpose too: you can use them as an ice pack!
My favorite summertime treat is mandarin or coconut popsicles!
I love anything with watermelon , like watermelon slushies.
Coffee on my patio and listening to all the beautiful sounds of a summer morning!
I love chocolate ice cream. Can’t eat it right now as I’m sick, but I love it!
My favorite summer treat/drink is a tall glass of ice water with 30 drops of green tea extract/peach stevia and a I put a splash of whatever juice I have in the refrigerator. Yummy, cool and keeps me going.
It would have to be homemade: popsicles, tea, lemonade, flavored ice cubes. Always a FUN treat!
My favorite summertime is watermelon….. simple & sweet!
My favorite summertime treat? Spending time on a friend’s porch, sharing conversation and a cooling breeze, whatever the temperature.
My favorite summer time treat is popsicles!!! Any kind! As long as they’re fruity, I love them. Especially banana.
Ice cream !!!!!!! Yum…..
My favorite summertime treat is going to the sno-cone stand
with my girls! Love it!
I love sun tea in the summertime… looking out seeing that gallon glass container with all the PEACH/APRICOT tea bags floating! YUM – poured over ice cubes and a sprig of mint if you have it – ahhhhhhhhhhhh need that Brave Girl Cup.
Aside from tea, my favorite summer treat is homemade fresh fruit smoothie popsicles. I love making them with my boys and knowing exactly what’s in it and that it is good for them! =)
Homemade ice cream… it brings memories of family gatherings, rock salt, and fresh peaches.
Definately ice cream & icee (slurpee) runs w/my boys on hot afternoons
The occasional iced coffee is divine too!
My favorite thing to do is bask in the sunlight! It feels so amazing to let the sun warm my skin and my heart.
Funny! I misread the question. I didn’t know you ment something to eat or drink! I stills stand by my answer though!
in the evening, winding down from a beautiful day, sitting and rocking on our front porch enjoying all the magical sounds of nature, then at dark coming inside to enjoy a delicious tomato sandwich made from organic tomatoes from our garden accompanied by a glass of ice tea. oh, and I believe the iced tea would taste even better sipped from the new Brave Girls water bottle!
My summer time treat is a ice cold watermelon sitting on the back porch and enjoying the evening enjoying watermelon with my family..Where we live we watch deer, birds, and various animals come out and enjoy the evening as well and there is always a nice breeze coming through the trees..I believe it is God’s way of saying relax and enjoy this day, I have made for you.
