We have a hard time believing this about ourselves because we are raised with a lot of societal beliefs that we have to take care of everyone else and not put ourselves first. This often leads us to integrating the idea that we are not good enough, we are not enough, that others are are more important. Few of us grew up with this message ingrained in us. Thank you for doing that for us now.
