Update…

Thank you to everyone for commenting with your favorite love songs…I have been listening to bunches of them on youtube and itunes, reminding myself of what great songs they are. Such fun!

AND…congratulations to our WINNER…Carmen Zaleski!! Her favorite song is “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart” by the BeeGees (purely a coincidence that they have the same initials as Brave Girls, lol!). Carmen, please email us at support@bravegirlsclub.com with your mailing address so we can get your stitched hearts in the email right away. :)

For the rest of us, here is the free pdf pattern for the ‘Here’s My Heart’ stitched heart. Have fun making your own Valentine for someone you love.

=================================

As promised, here is our 2nd giveaway for Valentine’s Day, and this one comes with a free pattern for EVERYONE so you can make your own stitched valentine heart!

Brave Girls Club - stitched wool hearts

Last week Melody and I spent a day with two of our dearest friends, Terry & Patrice…sitting on the couches in the Art Barn just MAKING things. We had the wood stove fired up and some great music playing, and it felt like the most luxurious day…know what I mean? I’m all in ‘stitching mode’ from Art School: Wings (yep, you can still get in!) so I stitched up these little wool Valentine hearts…Patrice had brought a pattern she had just designed for a stitched heart, so I stitched it on some pretty wool, stuffed it, and then kept going and added a few more wool hearts. They are so pretty just piled in a little tea cup or on a ‘girly’ plate.

SO…I would love to send these hearts to YOU. To enter the drawing, share with us your favorite LOVE SONG in the comments below. (Mine is Fields of Gold, Eva Cassidy’s version. Have you heard it?? SOOOO good.)

We’ll randomly choose a winner from the comments at the end of the day on Wednesday, February 6.

We have a few more giveaways coming between now and Valentine’s Day because we have to think of SOME way to let you know how much we love you and how happy we are that you are here with us.

Love,
kathy

PS. We’ll post the stitchery pattern with the winner’s name on Wednesday night.
