This dressing is so good! And it’s perfect for summertime, which seems to be here already!
Homemade salad dressing might seem intimidating, but it really is easy. If you can run a blender, you can make this.
Start by throwing all the ingredients, except the oil, into a blender. I have a Ninja, but this works in a regular blender, too.
Blend it up. It’s gonna be noisy because of the pecans…
Once those things are well-blended, open up the top and add the oil slowly.
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup plus 2 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Blend all but oil in blender. With motor running, add oil slowly. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
