The only way to get to the truth is to listen to your heart, to pay very close attention to your gut. It is YOUR truth. And that does not mean it is the same truth for someone else’s life. We all have a different journey. When something is right and true, it feels peaceful. Things that are right and true are not always the answers that we are hoping for. They are not always the easiest answers. But they always always always bring us to a place of peace.
Please go where the peace is, beautiful friend — always always always…(more)

Hi,
I just read today Truth. It came to me in my in box as I was wondering who is telling me the truth. Truth about things I should be doing or not doing. What is good for me or not good.
Just like a “little bird” your message came and showed me the truth. To trust my gut. To do what I need to to do for me. Yes! I knew it. I have always known it. BUT…I have been so bogged down with all that info out there telling me what to do I have forgotten how to think for me. I don’t know if I eat a turkey burger I will die or not. I am lost in a whirl of info.
So I have tried to listen to my gut. I have asked me what do I want? I have talked to me and written in my journal. “What should I eat for me?….Should I eat a plant based meal plan? Should I eat vegetarian? Can I eat tuna once in awhile and not clog my veins?”
Oh my……big sigh. I don’t know how to listen to me. I have forgotten how to know what is good for me. Please help.
Thank you Melody for this post, it rings out loud to me for sure at this time! Its one hell of an experience, choosing, yes being responsible, taking risks and then having to convince (or question) myself first, i am doing the right thing in order to radiate that confidence to others aswell, sometimes we can be in such a place of knowing at one time then bam, you’ve lost it, that knowing, the feeling……………….. thank you for your wisdom beloved! Love you lots x x
Science is just now beginning to learn what women have known for years — that “intuition” is really very powerful and accurate. Your subconscious mind processes more information and quickly makes decisions – before your conscious mind even thinks of a question. I do think that we can suffer from information overload — usually from too many electronic media simultaneously – and easily become overwhelmed. A few things you might consider… 1. Try taking a break from electronic media or limit yourself to one “input” at a time. No more multi-tasking by painting your nails, paying your bills, watching The View and talking to your mom on the cell phone. 2. Give yourself permission to assign relative value to decisions. Will it matter in 5 days, 5 months, 5 years? [http://www.wondrouswomen.com/wondrous-women-will-it-matter] Let those with less impact or importance fall by the wayside or, at least, don’t stress over the answers.
Trust yourself. Create a calm environment so you can hear your heart….
