And even though it may feel like a step backwards, it’s really still a step forward. You will be wiser, more equipped, and a better person for it…for all of it, just like you always are. Someday, you may even feel very profoundly grateful for this very moment in your life and all that it taught you.

Ah sometimes i could just fly over to you if i had the money (sign up to the courses even) and give you a huge hug for the longest time, you really are excellent in these posts! I did get up and say this to myself this morning, everything is fine, its only an experience and our souls always intended for us to experience things in the highest vigor, its true, because everything can be transformed and transcended and our souls want to expand and evolve, so its happy but our humanness can get in the way, with the daily grind, but its always ok, so thats when you get up put a smile on your face and consciously give a gentle self talk, which is always a whisper saying don’t worry, everything is fine, you will be fine, its part of evolving and when you have experienced things one day you can be a light to others aswell.
In our life experiences we do start of hot and vigourous, excited and enthusiastic but somewhere and after sometime you do have to go through a lot of flitting in and out of the mental and emotional bodies and its what actually tires us out, but spirit always gives that positivity and you are right, we have everything it takes, its just about connecting to it and keeping that connection!
