If you were going along great and then you messed up, or something came along and messed you up, don’t you dare even think about quitting! All you’ve got to do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start over again tomorrow. This is a part of life that is going to happen over and over again; it does NOT mean you are a failure, it does NOT mean that you are never going to get there, it does NOT mean that you deserved it. It just means that you are a living and breathing human being and that you are completely normal!!! (more)

This message came just in time for me this morning. Something happened yesterday that threw me into a tailspin, making me believe I was somehow missing the point about certain aspects of Life. And yet I couldn’t come up with an answer for it, or a way to make myself change. Your message was so perfect. Thank you for the inspiration.
Hey Melody, thats a very good post indeed, loud clear and strong, definitely speaks out to a lot of us for sure, in fact we can all take note from it, at one point or some points in life yes we do encounter things its true otherwise life would just be a beach, what would we ever learn right? its a learning curve, got to keep on keeping on, no matter what the hiccup, or fall, one has to carry on with enough enthusiasm and insight and you put it so wonderfully as usual, what i think though is what did am i & have i learnt from dusting myself off, what exactly is that which has actually been dusted off? has it really been dusted off is the question when it comes to standing again
ah yes beloved melody i do my work thankfully, but i wonder will my knees be strong, or slightly wobbly lol, ok, life is martial arts at times it really is for some of us or just like sports.
I love your posts & you (me whispers) hope you had a good birthday, wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!
thank you chuck, lots of love to you!
