Conversation Starters
Our gift to you is just what you need to make your Christmas dinner fun,
meaningful, and memorable this year! (Can you imagine, lol!?)
Print these beautiful Conversation Starters (pdf at the bottom of this post). Cut them out and place them in a pretty jar or basket on your dining room table.
During dinner, each person chooses a slip of paper, reads the question, and then answers it out loud. You can go around the table as many times as you like. Answers can be short or long, serious or funny…the idea is to have fun, learn something about each other, begin to understand one another a little better, and in some cases, to prevent those conversations about politics and religion and other potentially contentious subjects! (Just keepin’ it real, friends.)

These dinner conversation starters are perfect. I love that they are meant to not be one word answers, but instead allow us to learn more about the people that we love. In a day and time of electronics etc. it is refreshing to find a new way to communicate in the traditional way, by not only speaking to each other, but engaging each other.

Over the last year I’ve gone through so much, both personally and professionally, and many times it was your inspirations that kept me uplifted and helped me persevere through. This holiday my husband decided he did not want to be married anymore so I have been really leaning on the daily truths to help me through. Keep it up girls for me this 2012 is going to be a hard year of ending relationships and then starting a new life. This time it will be the life I’m ment to live.

“Daily Truths”. The past six months have been filled with grief, sadness, confusion, hurt, disillusionment, self-doubt -along with low self esteem which crushed my joy!
I want you to know how much I have looked forward to those daily affirmations…..they give me hope and courage to continue moving forward. Many a tear has been shed reading DT’s, the words touch my heart to its core.
