As life moves forward and we begin to be fair and compassionate and kind with ourselves…we begin to see how very complex we are…how many layers of memories and emotions and dreams and longings and fears and limitations and magnificence are woven into our life stories.

Knowing this helps us to be even more fair and compassionate with ourselves.
