Once you are familiar with it and have identified it, you can start squeezing or contracting the PC muscles for 10 seconds, relax and repeat. You can do Kegels exercise anywhere and at any time too because you only need to be sitting comfortably. As you keep doing this exercise, you will see an improvement in your ability to last longer in bed.
Yoga may seem like a slow pace physical exercise, it really does work every single one of your muscles. Why yoga? Well, if you are struggling to be flexible, then by practicing yoga you will be able to become more flexible. Thus will allow you to try more creative sex positions during your intercourse. It also will help you control and calm your mind. Meaning you will be able to control your ejaculation.
